Getting Started is Easy!

We love to have visitors and all newcomers are welcome. Whether you’re new to CrossFit, or if you’ve been doing it for years, you will fit right in. Feel free to come to any of our classes. Just be sure to stop by the front desk to sign a waiver and we’ll take care of the rest. There is no charge for your first visit. Our trainers, facility, and members are the best around. We promise that you won’t be disappointed!

 

CrossFit is the newest and fastest growing program in sports performance training.  CrossFit 157 focuses on functional fitness that incorporates everyday movements with different weight capacities and time requirements.  CrossFit 157’s program improves overall health by stimulating the body’s metabolic and cardiovascular system.
