Worlds Greatest Stretch x 5 each side
10 Pause Air Squats
1:00 Squat Hold
10 Lunges Each Leg
5 Minute EMOM:
3 Front Squats @ 70% of 1RM
*12 Minutes to Work up to your working weight here and then start EMOM when class is ready.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes:
50’ Double KB Front Rack Walking Lunges
*If the clock catches you, it becomes an AMRAP. Scale Reps at beginning if you know you can’t make the rounds in time.
