Perform a Set Every 3 Minutes. In between Complete 7/4-Strict High Pull-ups(Pulling As High As Possible on Each Rep)

-Burpees over Dumbell
RX 35/20. RX+ 50/35
*DB Snatche Standard: Both Ends of Dumbell Must touch ground. Must Change Hand of DB Below Eye Level.
Must kick both feet back at same time and pop up with both feet at same time. Crawling burpees are not allowed! Chest and Hips touch floor at bottom. Must Extend before jumping over DB.
Both feet leave at same time.
